Tuesday & Wednesday

The bible study at the New Plaza Hotel was interesting. Melissa, Kristin, Anthony Williams and I ended up going to help Jeff, the leader, with what ever he needed. We recognized a few "regulars," one of which, Erwin- 20, remarked about how happy he was to see another young man walking in the faith. We ended up giving one of the ladies, Chrystal, a ride home.

Today I went down to HPC by myself to see how I could make myself useful. I arrived at the door just in time to bring in bags of Pizza Hut pizza delivered by the San Diego Rescue Mission. After we put the pizza away I ended up helping set up for the Wednesday night service by vacuuming and cleaning windows. I had a chance to chat with J.C. who cooks all the pizzas for the bible clubs in the high schools. I'm going to come in tomorrow and help him cook. I might even get to go to a club.
