Training

We started our training yesterday. Mostly in involved cleaning and then going on the new prayer tour of South LA.

Today we went to a bunch of different ministry sites that we will be serving at. First we went to the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, then Salvation Army South LA (Sasla), Faith in Christ Church, West Angeles Cathedral Church of God in Christ, and Adventures Ahead Ministry all before lunch! We had lunch at Mala, an Indian restaurant and it was really good. Then after that we went to Coffee Bean to work on prayer tour cards.

All the other hosts decided they wanted to put off going to the grocery store until later in the week. This makes me a little sad because I really want to cook. And I'm not a big fan of having cereal for dinner.

Tomorrow we're serving breakfast at the Midnight Mission in Skid Row at 6:30. I hope I don't yawn too much.
